Present along Dryham Lane, along with a Ruby Tiger. Caterpillar. First hoverflies of the year also recorded with. Both noted. A few Buff-tailed Bumblebee. Blue Tit . Meadow .

North Cliffe, North Cave and Grosmont. 16th August 2015, Sunday. Min 62 C, Max 20. 4 C, Rain nil, Wind E 2. A clear and sunny morning but by midday cloud would quickly increase with skies soon becoming cloudy in the afternoon, a disappointing development after such a glorious morning. Remaining cloudy throughout the evening but overnight skies would clear, this allowing temperatures to dip to around 6 C with a shallow mist forming over the fields by dawn. This morning, a count of these heath and moorland .
